That We Be Spared from Idiotic Hatemongers

In case you do not know who these nutcases am I talking about, taken from wikipedia.org:

The Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) is a church headed by Fred Phelps and based in Topeka, Kansas, United States. The organization is monitored by the Anti-Defamation League, and is classified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The church runs numerous websites such as GodHatesFags.com, GodHatesAmerica.com and others expressing condemnation of homosexuality, Roman Catholics, Muslims and Jews, as well as populations it believes are supporting the aforementioned groups, including Chinese, Swedes, Canadians, Irish, British, Mexicans and Americans.

Although well-known in LGBT communities for picketing gay pride events and funerals, the group achieved national notoriety for picketing funeral processions for soldiers killed in action during the Iraq War.

While its members identify themselves as Baptists, WBC is an independent church and is not affiliated with any known Baptist conventions or associations. The church describes itself as following Primitive Baptist and Calvinist principles, though mainstream Primitive Baptists condemn Westboro Baptist Church and Phelps. The views that distinguish Westboro Baptist Church are views that most Baptists and Calvinists do not recognize, and do not consider to be in any way characteristically Baptist or Calvinistic.

The church bases its work around the belief expressed by its best known slogan and the address of its primary website, "God hates fags," and expresses the idea that every tragedy in the world is linked to homosexuality – specifically society's increasing tolerance and acceptance of the "Homosexual Agenda." The group maintains that God hates homosexuals above all other kinds of "sinners" and that homosexuality should be a capital crime.

Its first public service was held on the afternoon of Sunday, November 27, 1955.

Either, way, I call them the most idiotic "religious" extremists I've come so far. They actually make Satanism a more logical choice of religion if in the wrath of the order of the cosmos they leave us with only two choices of religious affiliation.

What's worse, they actually use kids as well in their protests:

I'm gonna quote James O'Barr's The Crow:

HOW COULD YOU TAKE SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL AND TWIST IT INTO SOMETHING HORRIBLE?

What would I say?

Matthew 7:1-5: Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

John 7:24: Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

Many wish to picket Fred Phelps' retirement when the cosmic authorities deem it with sufficient reason that he is wasting unnecessary oxygen, but I say as much as possible let us not. If we do so, we are no better than these kick-outs from hell.
